The Beginning

On an unusually warm April afternoon in 1968, Dõv walked into his family’s living room to find his mother in tears. Having seen his mother in pain many times, this ten year old boy was filled with concern and asked his mother what was so upsetting. With eyes overflowing onto a tear stained face, his mother pointed towards the TV set, which was showing a news special about the death of an American leader.
“That great man is dead”, she sobbed.

His mother’s words awoke a deep inquiry within Dõv. Who was this man? Why was he so great? In the moment of becoming aware of the greatness that was Dr. Martin Luther King, a seed was germinated within the heart of Dõv, a seed that would ultimately carry him from the urban ghetto where he grew up.
Carrying the inspiration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Dõv embarked on a search for self-growth and personal development.
This incredible journey spanned many continents and introduced him to many different teachers, including an Indian Master, a Catholic Bishop, and Kabalistic Rabbis.

The Fall and Rise of Dõv

One of Dõv's greatest periods of learning began in June 1990, when he reached for a rock while free-climbing at Brandywine Falls in British Columbia, Canada. The rock dislodged and, at that point, so did Dõv's life.
Dõv fell 120 feet, which is the equivalent of twelve stories, and landed on his face at an estimated speed of 70 mph.
Before the fall, Dõv had spent many years building an impressive reputation as a dynamic speaker and teacher in the field of human development, but now he was ready to embark on an even higher journey of enlightenment.

Dõv Baron now serves as an advisor to corporate, creative and personal leaders around the world. He considers himself a soul surgeon; just as the body may require physical surgery to remove something that is threatening, Dõv uses his skills and techniques to perform precision laser surgery on the mind and soul, to repair the wounds that threaten our emotional, mental, and spiritual health.
Dõv is a specialist in the psychology of leadership, influence, peak performance, communication and the power of the mind. He is also recognized as the world's leading authority in the area of “Quantum Resonance Fields" (QRF). QRF is the science of how our beliefs, emotions and thinking effect and sculpt every aspect of our lives. Another way to think of it is as the science of “karma”.
